The house itself was amazing. Location was great, although a bit further out of kinsale then we thought. Rooms extremely spacious and comfortable. Large kitchen and sitting room, 2 big fridge freezers which is ideal.

Advertised as bedrooms with double bed and single bed however only double beds in rooms which made people a little uncomfortable sharing a bed, not just a room. No sponges/cloths left in kitchen for washing dishes, cleaning counters etc, no extra toilet rolls, when there is a large number staying in the house, 1 per room isn't really adequate. We couldn't work the TV and no instructions left.

The host was very helpful and responded right away with any queries we had, he even turned the heat up remotely for us when we couldn't figure out how to boost it. The property was perfect for our party of 12 adults and 4 children. Great location and the playground and table tennis room were a big hit.

Great location. Spacious and well equipped property. Generous living space. The large dining table was great for a family get together. Very comfortable sleeping accommodation for 16 people (Our booking was for 18 people). Nice, private grounds with views over the river and surrounding countryside.

Overstated sleeping capacity - there are five bedrooms, each with a double bed and a sixth dormitory room with 6 bunk beds, i.e. sleeping accommodation for 16 people (assuming all double beds are shared!). Additional fold-up camping beds are provided, but are quite uncomfortable. There are no "single" beds or "sofa" beds. The table tennis and table football could not be used - table tennis balls were crushed or cracked and the football game was broken. There was no pool table.
