De accommodatie ligt in het oude centrum van Agrigento in een stelsel van steegjes en trappen. Tot onze verbazing reden er ook (kleine) auto’s rond, maar dat raden we niemand aan die er niet thuis is. De ruimte voldoet aan de foto’s en beschrijving op de website. Prima douch, prima bed. De keukenhoek is klein, maar voldoet. Alles is goed schoon. Om de hoek een heel mooi, recent gerestaureerd pand met een uitstekend restaurant. Verder overal eetgelegenheden in alle soorten en maten. Kleine supermarkt om de hoek. Parkeren op het plein voor de dom is gratis. Een paar minuten lopen van de accommodatie. Je moet je (rol)koffer wel af en toe tillen.

La posizione della casa è centralissima, a due passi dal corso principale dove si trova il MUDIA(museo Diocesano) e il Duomo. Nonostante la casa non sia raggiungibile con l'auto, trovare parcheggio è semplicissimo ed è gratuito, da non sottovalutare. L'appartamento è piccolino ma munito di ogni confort. Tutto sembra costruito su misura per entrarci, dalla cucina ai mobili. Un week end reso ancora più speciale dalla tranquillità di cui si può godere in un appartamento così confortevole.

Abbastanza vicino alla via principale, non vicinissima. Per ritornare a casa dalla zona centrale ci vuole un po’ di salita, non semplicissima.
