Apartamento En El Centro De Nerja

Nos gustó todo, el apartamento muy bonito, limpio y en pleno centro, las playas espectaculares y las recomendaciones de Carmen muy acertadas.

Sólo las escaleras aunque sólo es un piso (menos mal) porque voy con andador. Todo lo demás buenísimo

Location was in the heart of the town with everything right beside you. We picked this property because it was a 2 bedroom apartment and its location.

Well I never like not receiving clear instructions about the check in process in a timely fashion before a stay and although I tried my best with emails to contact the property we did not receive full details including this imaginary link to upload our documents which never came and I thought we may not be able to gain access without completing this information, but on the morning of our stay the details arrived (alway's nervous not getting full instructions at least the day before a stay) Unfortunately when we arrived at the property at the agreed check in time we could see that the apartment had not been serviced in any capacity whatsoever and we had to contact the owner who eventually got back to us and apologized for the mix up, we had to leave the apartment for a couple of hours while the owner organised the cleaning (not ideal) but these things can happen I suppose (but in all my year's of traveling and staying in all kinds of accommodation all over the world) this was a first. Another issue we had was the information we received about connecting to the wifi was not correct on the site and again texts to and from the owner had to be done to solve the issue (frustrating). Overall the apartment was comfortable although a lot of noise from other tenants and street noise from the busy street below ( but I suppose that's to be expected given its central location) .

Location is fabulous. Right in the heart of everything. Spacious with nice sunny lounge. The front bedroom can get a bit noisy if you're a light sleeper, as on the street.

Unfortunately they got their days wrong ( despite a confirmation that morning), so room was dirty from last guests when we arrived. Tried getting hold of someone but couldn't, luckily we have a friend living there who helped us finally contact someone, and took us to her place while they cleaned. They were very apologetic though. However there was no information book, the wifi code was incorrect ( they gave us the new one). Little things like no tea towels, a dishwasher but no dishing powder, no hairdryer. Little things that make the stay easy.
