Good rooms, great friendly staff
Some fun activities such as the mini discos and a foam party.
Have lots of activities for the younger kids.
Exceptionally clean everywhere, even on the beach.
Water park facilities are only interesting for anyone under 6, pretty boring for anyone else, not the exciting water park we had hoped for.
People smoking directly outside all entrances, maybe set up smoking areas a few meters away as it wasnt so nice for kids to have to go through a cloud of smoke every time you go in or out of the hotel.
Everything is pretty much spaced out, and navigation is an absolute nightmare, lack of signs, and even when there was signs, they dont often help, pointing the wrong directions , taking you up, then down floors, it ends up being a pretty shitty treasure hunt just trying to find places.
