Newly Renovated Condo!! Professionally Designed High-rise in Heart of Downtown!

It was nice and clean… outdated but inexpensive and a great deal. Only reason for 4 stars is bc it was not a comfortable temperature… not miserable by any means but uncomfortable. And the pedestal fan provided was not clean. Like I said tho for the price it was just fine.

Property was exactly what I needed. Host was amazing and responsive.

Great location

I wasn’t aware before booking that we would have to pay extra for parking. So just be aware of that. The view is amazing from this property and the room is nicely laid out and the tv is huge! My biggest complaint is the air conditioning seems to be faulty throughout the entire building, but especially in this room. There are two wall units both look like they are over 40 years old, one doesn’t work at all, and the other barely blows cool air. So not great for summer months in Georgia… it was around 80 degrees in there when we arrived and probably cooled down to 75 by the time we left. Luckily it was cloudy and raining outside otherwise we would have been quite miserable. The host did respond quickly but advised me to contact the hotel staff about it, who just told me to open the balcony doors. I still gave three stars because the location is so great. I didn’t like spending 60 on parking, but almost everything is walkable because you are right down town. Also, on our first morning there, around 8am, we were woken up by a loud emergency alarm telling us to evacuate the building via stairs. So we walked down 17 flights of stairs just to find out it was a false alarm and “happens all the time”. Not to blame the host, just some things to be aware of with this building.
