Experience the amazing amenities of this one bedroom Cinnamon Shore Condo. This ground-floor unit has gorgeous decor, furnishings, and bedding to make your stay its best.
AMENITIES: Our condos cluster around the Town Center, which hosts special events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends. Nearby resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, fishing dock, fire pits, fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, and a pirate ship playscape! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria.
Part of the planned Cinnamon Shore community, the condo offers guests access to the three resort style pools, two fishing lakes, two beach boardwalks, and multiple dining options on property including Lisabella's fine dining restaurant right across the lane!
Other amenities include beach chair, umbrella, and golf cart rentals and family-friendly activities. You're just a 20-minute drive from Schlitterbahn Water Park, and a 5-minute drive from downtown Port A for more shopping, dining, and fun attractions.
ABOUT THE CONDO
Relax after a day at the beach in the inviting living room with tasteful beach decor, 50" flat screen TV, and sectional sleeper sofa.
Put together a picnic lunch for the beach or a cook hearty dinner in the dazzling, fully-equipped kitchen boasting white granite counters, generous cabinet space, and high-end stainless steel appliances. Gather for meals at the four-person dining table.
The condo can accommodate four people between the bedroom and a full-size sofa sleeper in the living room.
Relaxing and restful, the primary bedroom's blues and whites soothe you into a restful slumber in the king bed. Large windows provide lots of natural light and a walk-in closet has ample storage space. This room also comes with a 50" flat screen TV and en-suite bath with walk-in shower.
Amenities include an in-home washer/dryer and one dedicated parking space in the shared lot, and a dainty patio for those cool evenings. A Town Center grill for barbecuing and an outdoor shower to wash away the sand.

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.
The Hideout is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering The Hideout the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.
There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

It was our first trip to the beach with a baby and a toddler. There was plenty enough room for our toddler to play and just enough space in bedroom for a pack n play for our baby. I appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was with everything and there were beach towels for us to use. A few things to be improved upon though. The rugs could use a deep clean as well as the grout in the shower - both looked dirty. The faucet in the bathroom was loose and it was difficult at first to find the “sweet spot” for the hot water in the shower. And a plus would be to have a light or nightlight in the closet as it was big enough to walk in. Overall, we would stay again!

This condo was in great shape and is well decorated, but it's sorely lacking in views. The windows in the main living space are mostly blocked by bushes that don't quite hide the fenced-in trash can area that's just outside. The tiny patio off of the bedroom is pretty unpleasant, with nothing but the parking lot to look at. Next time, we'll spend a bit more to get a condo with better views.
