My favourite hotel in Trivandrum. My whole family liked it. The suites were spacious, clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was good and the restaurant served delicious food. Location was central and perfect for our needs.

I really appreciate their staffs for the service they provided during my stay, it was really excellent and above my expectation. you guys are the best. they even provided me a free upgrade to a suite room,
The rooms require some maintenance as it seems, some wear and tears are visible in the walls and beds were not that comfortable as expected. i hope they will improve it.
The swimming pool on the roof doesn't looks like a well cleaned and maintained one.
