This unique layout adds on a spacious 28' x 14' enclosed private shaded patio for outdoor dining or relaxing. It's like another living room! Outdoor dining table for six or relax in one of the two recliners.
This recently updated unit is beautifully setup for your family vacation with new tile floors throughout the unit, new furniture, all updated and new kitchen and bath. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable King size bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds, and the updated bathroom with tub/shower is located in between. The living room is comfortable and spacious with plenty of seating. The Island style kitchen area, with new appliances and granite counter tops, is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. There is a large flat screen TV with DVD in the living room, and a flat screen TV in the master bedroom.
All linens, bath and beach towels are included. Washer and dryer facilities on the property. Free high speed WiFi Internet service.

Location, location, location!! Best area with easy access to beach, restaurants, bars, and stores. We enjoyed the pool as well. The property was a bit dated and beds could be replaced but overall it made up for it with the location being so amazing.

We had a great time at St Pete Beach. Condo location is great and if we had any questions they were answered very quickly.

I did not enjoy working with the management for this property. Our parking permit was not ready for us when we arrived and the management did not seem think it was something that needed addressed urgently. We had to call the municipal building ourselves to set up parking. The management company did not reach out until the end of the week to state they got the permit when we had already taken care of it. The unit was clean but overall it would benefit from a thorough deep clean. The comforter on our bed was dirty. Overall the only benefit of staying here was the proximity to the beach.
