**This unit provides a complimentary beach setup of two chairs and one umbrella for every day of your stay from March 1 - October 31**
Unit 1104 is located on the tenth floor of Tower one. Beautifully remodeled and spacious two bedroom two bath unit with an open kitchen, large flat screen TV's in bedrooms and living room, Free WiFi provided and a washer and dryer in the unit for guest convenience. There is an open balcony with a great view of the beach. One King Bed, two queen beds and a sleeper sofa. The master bath has a huge walk-in shower and is handicap friendly. Unit includes 3 TV's and 1 DVD player.
Enjoy your early morning coffee or late night dinner on the balcony. You might be able to see a school of dolphins swimming by.
You can't beat this location! In the heart of Destin, Shoreline Towers is within minutes from restaurants, shopping, water sports, fishing and golf. The amenities offered at this well-managed resort are amazing! Enjoy the soothing sauna, swim in our pristine clean pool, play tennis or shuffleboard, use the exercise room, grill out, or picnic by the lake. We even have a clubhouse for your gatherings with family and friends. Security on property 24/7 for guest safety and convenience.

You are within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and less than a mile from Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park. Walk just steps to the beach. No streets to cross to get to the private beach or the seasonally heated pool. Less than 4 miles away is the Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750-square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Vacation rental was one of the nicest rentals we have stayed in. It was decorated very well and was very spacious. The showers had the best water pressure and the beach view was beautiful. The family really enjoyed the umbrella set up each day. Our only complaint was that the washing machine was broken. This was very disappointing because we chose a condo over other options to have a washer/dryer. When we arrived, we found it was broken. We notified the rental management and were told they were aware and apologized for not letting us know. We were told multiple times the part was ordered and it would be fixed in a few days. On my final call, I was told I would receive a call back with an update. I did not receive a call back and the washer was not fixed throughout our stay. We were told we could use the washer/dryer on the second floor, but the washer was also broken. In my opinion, the response was less professional/concern showed from other condos we have stayed at.

We were very satisfied with our two month stay at Shoreline Towers. The condo was very nice and well equipped. Paige and Sharon are the best! The staff is terrific and all the services were top notch. We'll be back next winter!

The condo was clean and friendly, and the beach was beautiful, as expected. After staying and paying a premium price, I felt misled as the renovations I was told were not happening to Shoreline Tower 1 during my stay, which was a complete lie. After the first day, the workers covered our primary bedroom window and blocked our view, going up and down on the scaffold all day. The noise was all day long and even heard from the beach through most of the day. The unit directly above was under construction and made a ton of noise throughout the night. I would have stayed elsewhere if I had known the extent of the renovations and told my building was getting the work done.I feel I overpaid for the week.
