Very happy with SOHO Suites KLCC by Leala. I was contacted by JP a day before our booking to give directions on how to go and what to do upon arrival at the property.
The unit was still being cleaned when we arrived but they made arrangements for our bags to be kept in the property while we had our lunch. We were met by John for the turn over.
All amenities were in good order. The kitchen was complete with almost everything we needed for our stay. The bathroom was sparse but clean, had strong water pressure and a functioning water heater.
Conveniently located to KLCC, Suria KLCC and Pavilion Mall. The covered bridgeway connecting the 3 were several meters down.
We were told we could request for housekeeping and fresh towels daily which we didn't avail of as there were additional towels left for our use.
We would gladly stay here again.
Two things which could have been better-
1. We would have preferred better and softer pillows but it really isn't a deal breaker. Everything else was in good order.
2. We informed the property that we would check out at a certain time. We were told to expect the person at 7:25 in the morning but Ahmed(?) came at 7am which we were not ready for. Anyway, the checkout process was very straightforward. He just returned our deposit and got the access cards.
As mentioned earlier, these are very minor and will not deter us from staying at the property again.

Host is very helpful and responsive, location is great, and the facility is spotless. Not my first time and won’t be my last.

Had a wonderful stay here! Everything was excellent from start to finish. The residence was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and everything we needed was well taken care of. The host was also very nice, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. No complaints at all, everything was perfect. Would definitely stay here again! ❤️
