All but what i like the most is the location. As i stay here to go to a concert in Zepp KL.. this place is the best choice! So near and easy to go to the concert venue.
Also, the person in charge (Jasmine) was very attentive and easy to communicate with. Fast reply and helpful.
The bed not that comfortable for me. It's too soft for my body and i feel a lil bit suffocated in my chest.
I hopee too that maybe they can get a bigger/standing ironing board because it's much easier to iron clothes.

The staff Mahmood is a good help for my 3 night stay. The view is very beautiful from the swimming pool on level 35, there are facilities such as a gym and sauna, from level G you can access Lalaport Shopping Mall. A very strategic place because it is close to the Bukit Bintang area.
There is a little smell from the water channel

Loved the view, AC and size of property, good communication from host.
Some of the furnishings and decor were quite worn n tired, no tea towel provided in kitchen area.
