We rent our family villa, all comforts, with heated swimming pool, with a capacity of 4 to 6 people (ideal: 2 adults and 2 children).
This is a beautiful single-storey house located in Biscarrosse Lac (Navarrosse district) in a quiet cul-de-sac with 2 private parking spaces.
You will be less than 1 km from the lake and its beaches (ideal for children as the lake is shallow); 8 km from the ocean; 5 km from the town centre; 25 km from the Bassin d'Arcachon (Dune du Pilat,...); farmers' market and camping grocery stores within walking distance of the house.
Our house has been classified 4 stars as a furnished tourist accommodation by the Biscarrosse Tourist Office.
Activities in the surrounding area: lake, ocean, aquapark, golf, water sports (sailing, surfing, paddle, kite, ...), walking in the forest, cycling thanks to the many cycle paths nearby, ...
Our house is composed of:
- 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with double bed 160 cm, 1 bedroom with cot with baby bars and BZ 140 cm + 1 bedroom with trundle cabin bed 2 mattresses of 90cm. Childcare equipment available on request: travel cot, high chair, evolving high chair, bath ring, changing mat.
- Fully equipped kitchen open to the living room and dining room (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, L'or Barista coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator...).
- Bright and spacious 17m² veranda with 160 cm sofa bed, dining area and reversible air conditioning.
- Living room with a sofa, TV (orange), fiber.
- Dining room with a large table, bench seat and reversible air conditioning.
- Bathroom with a shower and a bathtub.
- Separate toilet.
- Heated outdoor swimming pool (8mX4m, 1m50 deep) protected by a pool enclosure
