Bookings all incur the standard cleaning charge of US$225/GB£170.00. It is shown in your quote.
Pool/Spa heat is not included in quotes (unless clearly shown) but is available upon request. Pool and spa heat is advisable for bookings in January, February and March then October, November and December. The cost is $40/£30 per day exc tax.
This superb villa has all you need to enjoy a family vacation. You can sit at the pool or in the spa and watch the wildlife on the lake. There are no rear neighbours to worry about here. There is plenty of living space to spread out and relax in the lounge or take it easy in the comfortable sitting area with some peace and quiet. With 4 en suites there will never be a rush for the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and the family can happily sit around the breakfast area, the more formal dining area or enjoy the warmth outside under the shade of the spacious lanai. This villa has safety in mind for those travelling with young children with pool door alarms and safety fencing. It is decorated throughout to a luxury contemporary taste with themed children's rooms to make that magical visit just that bit more special. Smart TVs, a games room and wi fi are all provided for your enjoyment. This is a wonderful home for a large family to holiday in style with plenty of space.
The right choice: If you are looking for a holiday with 5* comfort, the world's best theme parks on your doorstep and a wonderful climate this is really it. This place has it all. If you want the action it is on your doorstep and if you want peace and quiet you can sit by the pool and relax in some very comfortable surroundings.
Our property has a maximum of 13 persons which is typically a combination of adults AND children. Children’s bedrooms and especially beds are not planned for adults in mind. Parties made up solely of adults should assume a capacity of 8 with 4 couples sharing a master bedroom. Adults cannot sleep on children’s bunk beds.

all external exits of the property.

The CCTV to the rear door exits and entire pool deck does NOT operate when the home security system is DISARMED (ie when the home is occupied).

We booked the house for 14 nights throughout the Christmas holidays. We were 8 adults and 5 children. The house was large enough for all of us. There was enough seating with the kitchen island and the dining room table for all of us to enjoy our meals and play games.The game room was a big hit and we all enjoyed some time playing different games.The location was close to Walmart, Shopping, and Restaurants.A 30 minute drive to Universal Studios and 20 minutes to Walt DisneyThe house was clean and all the items required were supplied.We did have an issue with the pool but it was quickly rectified when we contacted the owner. Please remember when booking the house, the hot tub/pool is a two in one. You will not get the hot tub HOT as its a spa pool and not a stand alone hot tub. Being from the North, we are used to having our hot tubs at 98-102 degrees. This spa will reach a max of 90 which was still very enjoyable.Roger is extremely helpful and always quick to reply. He is professional and also left us a bottle of bubbly to ring in the new year. I would definitely recommend this rental for small and big families.

We planned our trip to spend 3 days in Orlando before cruising out of Port Canaveral. We had our family of 7, grandma and my sister’s family. This 6 bedroom/5.5 bedroom house was perfect for all of us! The kids loved the game room, pool and hot tub. It was conveniently close to Universal and Cape canaveral.

Property is beautiful, very spacious. Only issues were front top bedroom extremely hot. We put three fans and it still did not cool the space. Upstairs overall uncomfortably hot. Also would like to see the property provide toiletries as well as a few laundry pods. Great space for large families.

House was nice and great location to the Disney parks. But we dud have numerous issues during our stay.
Barely any water pressure if two people showered at the same time.
Lots of dust on ceilings near vents, on the large fan in TV room next to kitchen and on light fixtures. Also has 3 screens out in pool.area that were damaged/ripped. They did come and fix the screens while we were there without impact to our vacation. Had 3 coffee makers, but only 1 worked but even that one we had to deal with a plug that was somewhat damaged and kept falling out of the wall outlet. Toaster also had issues once you put the lever down to toast. Only disengaged when you unplugged from wall.
Biggest issue was numerous bugs in kitchen. No matter how clean we got the kitchen with puttings dishes away, taking trash out and even sweeping the floor in the kitchen the insects were all over the floor, on the counter, and in cabinets and drawers.
