The Conque du Trou d'eau is an atypical T4 / 5 apartment-house built on volcanic rock, close to the most beautiful lagoon of Reunion, with the possibility of having an additional independent room with bathroom. water for bookings beyond 6 people. The kitchen which extends on the terrace benefits from all the necessary equipment to make your stay pleasant: large fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, washing machine, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, crockery ...
The terrace has an outdoor dining area under a bioclimatic pergola and features a Weber grill.
The small garden will welcome you with two sunbeds.
You will also have a private parking space, a cleaning kit and a table and an iron and, of course, the linen and bath that will be provided.
The configuration of the accommodation for a rental with 6 people maximum:
- Air-conditioned bedroom 1 with built-in wardrobes and double bed with quality latex bedding
- Air-conditioned bedroom 2 with built-in wardrobes and double bed + loft bedroom with 2 single beds
For a rental with 7 or 8 people:
- An additional independent bedroom with sofa bed comfort, flat screen TV, shower, sink, toilet, refrigerator, coffee corner (coffee maker, small table, 2 chairs), ...
A flat rate of stay of 50 € (for 6 people maximum) or 60 € (if more than 6 people) including taxes of stay as well as a contribution to the expenses of cleaning and laundry will be perceived by us the day of your arrival.

Notre séjour s'est bien passé malgré les quelques soucis que nous avons eu avec la location ( travaux , lave lave-vaisselle en panne, clim également....) . Mais les propriétaires ont été très réactifs , lave vaisselle changé dans les 24h et la climatisation également. Les propriétaires nous ont même proposé une indemnisation pour ces désagréments. Donc vous pouvez vous y rendre en toute confiance. Maryline.

Emplacement rêvé, au calme à 5 min à pied du lagon.
Grandes chambres agréables et un petit extérieur pour se retrouver autour d'un bon repas ou pour le petit déjeuner.
On y reviendra sûrement.

Très bien situé sur la Saline, nous allions à pied jusqu'au lagon avec une des plus belle plage pour observer la vie sous-marine. Appartement très calme et bon voisinage.
La literie était très bien, indispensable pour passer un bon séjour!
Chambre mezzanine difficile à rafraichir même avec la clim.
pas de climatisation dans le salon, ce qui nous a gêné au début.
Espace cuisine et SDB petit pour 6, convient mieux pour 4, mais ça l'a fait;
Pas assez de couverts pour faire deux repas dans la journée à 6 et lancer le lave-vaisselle uniquement le soir (un point facile à améliorer).
Gros bémol; le lave linge qui commençait sérieusement à dysfonctionner et un seul programme possible à 60° (très gênant pour le linge délicat que nous avons dû laver à la main).
En tout cas, la Réunion, une île fantastique qui vous transforme!
