About this house rental
Modern house with swimming pool and all amenities, located in a quiet area five minutes walk from the beach. Shopping and entertainment centre is a 10 min. drive away. Perfect for a relaxing and family holiday.
This is our holiday retreat and it is perfect for winding down! The house was built in 2013 and has a large garden area with palm trees in front (4,000 square metres - enough for the kids to run around in!). The balcony upstairs has a view of the sea and surroundings. Downstairs is a large terrace with hammocks, where you can shelter from the sun. The swimming pool is 9x3 metres plus a small children's area. By the pool there is a pergola with hammocks, plants and a poolside shower/toilet area.
We have pay as you go television facilities, plus you can access your netflix account with this smart tv. All bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans plus closets. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and there is a separate bathroom for guests staying in the other two bedrooms. Showers have hot water. The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, fridge, oven ,air fryer, blender, washing machine etc.
The guardian lives in a small guardhouse on the premises, and we have a very friendly dog.

Host was fabulous! Their communication with us was outstanding. Swimming pool was great. As dog owners ourselves, having the two dogs there was comforting. They are very well behaved dogs. House was a little rustic but charming. It had all the basic necessities, except there was no hot water in the ensuite show, so we used the common shower. Proximity to the beach was good, an easy walk.

If you are looking for a beautiful house with sea view and lots of possibilities to relax this is the right place to stay. A lot of hammocks invite you to calm down and to read your books you always wanted to read. Also you will find a lot of games and the kitchen is very well equipped to cook your favorite plates. Unfortunately you can't swim in the sea right to your next door but there are beaches more or less close to the house. We enjoyed Playa Rosada, a really beautiful beach, and playa montanita which is very famous for their party's. But you can find corners far away from the party people. To go to this beaches it's necessary to have a car because it's far away to go there. But there must be opportunities to catch the public bus. During the stay Don Pablo will take care of the house, he's very friendly and helps you in everything.
So just stay, relax and enjoy!
