I visited the flat with my family for several intensive days at Jerez and surroundings. The flat itself is cozy, living room spacious, bedrooms are just enough. In the kitchen, you'll find everything you need. Parking is public (around the building). The city center is close by (max 15 minutes), 2 minutes to the ZOO, in the building small shop and 3 minutes by car to the shopping center. I found the host (Juan Angel) very helpful with issues around the flat and some recommendations on interesting things to do around the Jerez. If you decide to visit the region in the winter time, remember that these flats don't have heating (during the year in most months it's hell there, so they don't install special heating).
