Large terrace comfortably vivible, with open views of the Bioves gardens, laterally overlooking the sea.
Very bright on the 5th floor with elevator, living room and well-equipped kitchen, bedroom
with adjacent bath and another Italian bathroom, including hair dryer.
Air conditioning and Fun.
Equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, flat screen TV, nespresso, etc.
Nb: Parking space located 300 meters from the property.

Overall we were very happy about the place. I would recommend it. Couple of things need to be added. A bathroom mat/ rug. Shower sprays outside the shower. A cleaning bucket and mop needed. Washing machine detergents would be nice in case of longer stay.

Cet appartement était exactement ce que nous attendions - Tout était très bien (peut-être un peu bruyant dans la journée en raison du Bld Carnot - mais c'est le risque lorsque l'on est en centre ville - mais pas gênant

Exellent séjour ..vue magnifique, propreté, soin du détail, gentillesse de l'accueil ...confort de là climatisation en période très chaude, tout nous a paru neuf dans cet appart sympathique où on se sent très bien , accessibilité du parking . Et même le boulanger au bas de l'immeuble pour les croissants du matin .
