About this cottage rental
La Casa de Campoo is a full rental rural house located in the town of Naveda (candidate for the most beautiful village award in Cantabria on two occasions), in the Campoo valley and consisting of two houses totally independent from each other and that, if desired, they can join together then forming a single house with capacity for 33 people:
1.- One of the houses is called La Casa de Campoo, which measures about 380 m2, with a capacity for up to 15 people and with five rooms with bathroom (some triple and one quintuple), two very spacious rooms, one of them about 50m2 and This one has a large window to the garden. It also has its own kitchen and garden.
2.- And the other house is called La Casa de Cantabria which measures about 420m2, with a capacity for up to 18 people and with six rooms with bathroom (almost all triple, quadruple and quintuple as three of them are duplex), a very large living room of about 80m2, kitchen and own garden of about 900m2-
Both houses, as a whole, can be united and form ONE HOUSE for 33 people, capacity admitted by the Ministry of Tourism, which we believe is very important. The house would then have eleven rooms, all with a bathroom and most of them triple, quadruple and quintuple, as many of the rooms incorporate attics and lounges (three of the rooms measure about 40m2), kitchen and own garden and with beautiful views of the mountains that they form the Alto Campoo mountain range
