Butts Hill House annex is a lovely studio apartment located in Horton-in-Ribblesdale in the Yorkshire Dales. The apartment can sleep two people in a king-size double bedroom and has a family shower room. The rest of the cottage is made up of a fitted kitchen and a conservatory with a dining area. To the outside of the cottage is off-road parking for two cars and a lawned garden to the front with furniture. Butts Hill House annex is the perfect property for couples to enjoy this fantastic part of the Yorkshire Dales.
Amenities: Electric central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Off road parking. Front lawned garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 6 miles, pub 8 mins walk. Note: The only TV is in the bedroom. Note: Adults only, no children. Please note: to access the property you have to drive 200yards up a dirt track which may not be suitable for sports cars or electric cars with low batteries.

The nearby market town of Settle offers a wide variety of pubs and restaurants whilst the market square is a real delight featuring the Shambles, an historic 3-storey building with shops on two levels and houses above, and the Town Hall. Attractions such as Malham Cove and Gordale Scar are within easy reach, as are the nearby Dales towns of Skipton and Malham and the villages of Ingleton and Hawes.
