The Weekend by AvantSay

1. Quiet, central without it being in the busy part of town. 2. Despite no physical reception, the property was quite responsive. 3. The property had a pantry where you could restock on essentials like water, Nespresso pods, tea, and towels.

1. The pool needed a clean. 2. The shower in the common bath did not work (Management should do periodic maintenance checks). The common bath shower could also use a light. A wall separates the shower from the sink where the light is so if we did end up showering in that bath, you’re kind of in the dark. The master shower has a glass partition separating it from the sink so there’s atleast some light. This is specific to unit 6. 3. We received reminders from their system which kept directing us to their booking hub to ensure a smooth check-in. My frustration was I had contacted them previously about why the booking hub shows that the reservation still needed to be paid. It clearly was not syncing with booking.com after the change in management. Customer service said to not mind it. You would think they would update it on their end after that interaction, but on the day of, we still never got our check-in details. We had to do the following-up morning of and send them our payment confirmation as they couldn’t easily locate it. I don’t get how they don’t follow up with a reservation that shows unpaid in their system?? But again, customer service was highly responsive so we finally did receive the details after I forwarded the details over email.

Private and quiet but close enough to the main area.

Nothing.

Very quiet

The apartment did not have hot water, but they let us have access to neighboring apartments.

There was a huge disconnect between Booking.com and AvantStay. Was not easy and would not book again.
