Mark was welcoming and SO responsive to any of our questions/needs. The property is very well taken care of, quiet and beautiful. Love the private back patio with swing. Loved the Nespresso machine. The size of the unit was one of the largest weve stayed in. Beautifully decorated. What you'd expect in Palm Springs! Loved the bed sheets, so comfy! Thank you for allowing us to bring our puppy, Bella!

Two bedroom, two bath suite. Nice kitchen and sitting area. Each unit has a private back patio. Very stylish, clean, and well situated. Parking was provided with easy access to the property. The staff/ owner(s) are attentive. Loved this hotel.

Really well located. We loved having a suite. The staff was attentive and accommodating.
It was hard to access the cold filtered water from the faucet.

Room was huge
Owner tried to add $100 for pet fee to my reservation even after explaining that I have service dogs with me and basically trying to say that they are therapy dogs. So I politely told him Sir you have to educate yourself people can have conditions that you can’t physically see. He even gave us a blanket to cover his furniture. We came to Palm springs for a quick time to rest from work and that place didn’t have privacy and I feel like I am being micromanage by my boss 😭 I will stick to Hyatt hotels next time.
