Casa BLUMEDITERRANEO is a private home, just renovated, which is rented for tourism with all the furnishings in the house and necessary to live there. It includes three independent housing units, called Celeste, Cobalt and Overseas.
Casa COBALTO is a ground floor unit of about 50 square meters, consisting of:
- a living room-kitchen with double sofa bed;
- a large bedroom with a double bed
or, optionally, two single beds;
possibility of adding up to two more single beds;
- a bath
- a laundry room with a washing machine and a second shower.
- a veranda of about 15 sqm. of exclusive use, which constitutes the entrance to the house and is adjacent to the kitchen.
It is equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi internet connection, TV, iron, hairdryer.
Children up to 5 years stay free.
Casa COBALTO is located in the central area of the charming seaside resort of MARINA DI RAGUSA, about 200 m from the beach, with the possibility of choosing between free beach or bathing establishment, and from the promenade, which extends for about 4 km, and extends into a cycle and pedestrian path, always on the sea, allowing pleasant walks. The Lungomare leads to the marina or to the main square, places full of bars, pizzerias, restaurants. MARINA DI RAGUSA has been awarded for some years both by the BLUE FLAG, for its splendid clean sea, and by the GREEN FLAG, as a resort suitable for children's holidays for sandy beaches and the services it is equipped with. Possibility to rent bicycles on site.

A short walk to the beach and the main square, the property was very clean and comfortable. Laura and Salvo were welcoming and explained everything we needed to know. We recommend bike hire from shop next to pharmacy near harbour. A pleasant ride to Punta Secca.
