Spacious and bright villa / villa in can picafort, 500 meters from the beach. 4 double rooms and 4 bathrooms with bath, air conditioning in all new rooms of 2015, safe in rooms. tv and dvd. Washing machine, hair dryer, barbecue, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, espresso and American coffee makers. WIFI. Fully equipped with linens, towels, beach towels, umbrellas. Board games, books for your entertainment.

Our host Magdalena was incredibly helpful. We arrived in the evening and the grocery stores were closed, so she had gone shopping for us and bought food for the morning. She had also already figured out which restaurants were open when we arrived, so it was easy for us to go straight to eat. The location of the house is good, even though it is not right in the center of Ca'n Picafort. There are a few good grocery stores nearby and it is a short walk to every where. It took about 5-7 minutes to the beach and city center. The swimming pool was pleasantly warm even in October.

Great property. House is perfect! Whether you want to cook, bbq, eat in or laze by the pool, it ticks all the boxes.Locations is ideal, 2 minute walk to the supermarket and 5 minutes to the beach and a range of cafes, bars and restaurants

Great place to stay. Magdalena is a very friendly host and also has awesome tips on how to get around Mallorca. The supermarket behind the villa is a big plus and has everything we needed. Would recommend to friends and family.
