About this villa rental
Villa Alexandra is located just outside Neohori village in South Pelion on the "ring road". The villa is exactly in the center of Pelion and it gives you access to both south and north Pelion and as well to both sees Aegean and Pagasitikos gulf. It is built in a 4500 square meter lot offering a total of 310 square meters of living space on two floors plus a basement. On the ground floor you will find a big living room with fireplace and an open kitchen-dining room, a small bedroom with two beds and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with a king size double bed and two more bedrooms with two beds each one, one big bathroom with shower and a smaller one also with shower. All beds are build. (There are generally 6 beds,1 double bed and 2 extendable beds which you can put wherever you want). Large verandas offer a panoramic view of the Pagasitikos gulf and the surrounding mountains. A play room with a table tenis table is organised in the basement. There is a two car covered garage in the property and various fruit trees around. There is also an outdoor BBQ as well as an outdoor shower.
The Villa (our vacation house) is fully equipped with everything you might need to make your stay comfortable. There is a small supermarket in the village for provisions as well as a pharmacy, a bakery, a few taverns with local delicacies. The main town of Argalasti is about 11 km south where a full market (gas station,medical center) can be found. There are a big number of beaches that can be reached by car, the closest ones being Lefokastro and Afissos in the Gulf, and Labinou and Potoki(Siki)in the Aegean sea, all of them about 20-25 min. Villa Alexandra is located in such a way that it will let you enjoy both the sea and the mountain during your stay here ensuring you truly memorable holidays!

We are just back (family of 8) from a 2 week stay in the villa and will definitely be returning. The villa was just perfect, it’s very spacious, extremely well equipped, even everything worked which we’ve found rare in previous rentals! The views are just amazing, we spent a couple of days just relaxing at the villa. Communication with the owners was great and they were there to welcome us and show us around the villa and where all the essentials etc were kept we/worked.
As the villa is up in the mountains, the evenings were lovely and cool.
Perfectly situated to explore many beaches and other places of interest.
The village taverna which was recommend is fantastic, local food at very reasonable prices and the staff were so friendly and welcome.

Everything on this property was nice.
Clean, with all you need in a house.
Quiet, accesible with any kind of car.
Nice taverna at a 5-10 min walk.
Not beeing near to the sea was a plus because it was cooler than at the seaside in the night and encouraged us to discover new things to do and see every day.
The hosts were welcoming and gave us a lot of hint abouth the beaches and what to do.
For us was a 10+ experience.
We hope to repeat this nice holiday.

We found the house truly exceptional. Well designed, with all rooms including bathrooms and storerooms really spacey and comfortable. Very nicely decorated, making you feel at home. Mr Achilleas, the owner/property manager delivered the house to us in an excellent state of cleanness. Truly ship-state. The best area of the house however is its veranda. Its unique view, together with the summer sounds of the forest, make it a real attraction and a deterrent to go out. The location was ideal for us, up in the mountain so as not to be hot, but no more than half an hours drive from the seaside. South Pelion has numerous lovely beaches within less than an hour drive from the house and quite a few hiking tracks. Let me not forget the taverna of Neochori, one of the best meat tavernas in the region. In general we truly enjoyed both our stay in the house of Mr Achilleas and our excursion in the wider region. This was for all of us a holiday that was above expectations and all of us unreservedly recommend it.
