About this house rental
Very large waterfront home located on 4 private acres. Two sixty foot decks overlook beautiful Androscoggin Lake and the Wayne yacht club. All bedrooms have a queen size beds with lots of room for additional sleeping. Gourmet kitchen with 6 burner gas stove and large dining area for great family meals. Family room includes large TV and pool table. Dock and kayaks are available and ski boat available for an additional charge.

Wonderful trip in THE most perfect house. 2 families with 3 young kids with ample space and every amenity you could want. Days spent at the lake front, grilling over open fires, fishing (very successfully) off the dock, paddle boarding, and pontoon boat hire from the very competent Tyler at Beacon Boat rentals. Barb was the perfect hostess and gave us great tips, including nesting eaglets at one of the small islands. Thanks for a great stay, we’ll defo be back!

We had a great time at this wonderful lake house. It is very well equipped with all the supplies and activities one could ever want. The location is excellent and the lake is beautiful. Would happily return!

We have been staying at lakes in Maine for some time and this home was by far our favorite. From the minute we pulled into the driveway, we were impressed. This is a large home with enough space for everyone to spread out. It is beautifully designed with great furnishings, a fully stocked kitchen, quality linens, and great dock. The view to the lake is breathtaking and we enjoyed sitting out back every day, taking a dip in the hot tub and the lake. In the past we used boating companies, and renting Barbara and Russs boat plus the gas station on the corner was convenient. This was one vacation we will remember for many years to come.
