Casa grande e arejada. Camas boas, chuveiro excelente. Ha cadeiras para levar para a praia (o guarda sol, um pouco desgastado). Cozinha equipada. Area para churrasco bem legal.
A casa é arrumada e limpa no geral, mas existem itens que poderiam estar melhor, como utensilios da cozinha, fios dos aparelho etc. Sofa poderia ser mais firme e confortável.

Precisa de uma renovada - pintura, trocar utensílios: pratos, travesseiros, cobertores… chuveiro meio caindo. Tinham 2 goteiras na sala mas que disseram que já irão resolver .
