Crispy white bed linen, towels, simple but comfy furniture, mini fridge,general cleanliness, bathroom toiletries. Good location without car ; 20mins-ish from the bus/railway station, 10 mins from the shopping centre, 3 mins bus stop to the stations on foot.
No kettle to make tea/coffee in the room, kitchen closed in the evening to use microwave/kettle. General cleanliness but no attention to detail ( thick dust on bedside lamps, unpleasant smell in the otherwise clean, comfy room/ bathroom). All in all recommended.

It was in a good location to get into town
It is a bit outdated and needs money spending - The blinds in my room were in a shocking state and on the first day no WiFi until I got a different network and password
