The Uma is located in the southern part of Bali, on the outskirts of a small village, which is part of the more famous Canggu. It is surrounded by rice fields and you can experience the authentic Balinese way of life. Because of the view over the rice fields we have chosen for the name Uma, which is the Balinese name for rice field. The Uma is centrally located and is an ideal starting point for culture and nature which makes Bali so famous. If you want to explore Bali on your own, there is a lot of information about excursions and sight seeings in Bali. The Uma is fully equipped and has 3 bedrooms with private bathroom and air conditioning. There is a spacious garden and a beautiful pool. The distance to the beach is 4 kilometers and the trendy Seminyak is within 20 minutes by car. The trip to the airport takes about 45 minutes.
The Uma is a modern and attractive villa with a number of original Balinese influences. For example, an old traditional Indonesian door is used as a front door. The total plot is 1000 m2 and the living area is 230 m2. There is a swimming pool of 13 x 3,5 meter, with a large sun terrace. The walled gardenensures full privacy. The Uma is a very spacious villa.
The large veranda of 60 m2 is connected with a kitchen of 30 m2. You have a beautiful view from the veranda over the rice fields. The veranda has a dining- and lounge area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped: stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee- machine, kettle, etc.
There are 3 spacious bedrooms with air conditioning and private bathroom with shower and toilet. The main bedroom also has a walk-in closet. The two other bedrooms are part of the villa, but have a high degree of privacy. These 2 bedrooms have their own terrace and also a private access. Perhaps the best place to enjoy the sceneries is the terrace on the first floor. Here you have a fantastic view over the rice fields. In the evening you can enjoy a beautiful sunset.
