The detached air conditioned house
with a 400 sqm plot offers a beautiful view over the Pötenitzer Wiek (lake view) and in the background you can hear the sound of the sea, because: The Baltic Sea beach is just 3 minutes walk. The house can accommodate three adults. Two adults are accommodated in the basement (also with lake view) in a 2 x 2 meter king size bed. Another adult can be accommodated on a comfortable high-quality sofa bed, which offers a lying area of 197 x 130 cm on a separate mattress with slatted frame in the unfolded state, so it would also be suitable for two children (or adolescents) or for two adults understand well (about a young couple).
The house was built in 1987 in solid construction with a brick clinker facade typical for the region and subjected to a comprehensive revision in 2016/17: new mediterran-maritime shower, outdoor area and terrace almost completely new, 1 new garden shed, another new garden pavilion to Open-roofed on the lake side, new vinyl floors in white oak look (ÖKO-TEST: VERY GOOD) laid on cork ("kick-warm", like wood) - therefore better than parquet, almost completely new interior decoration, etc., etc.
On the house plot is a large parking lot available, on which two middle-class cars find space; in the private parking lot (50 m) is another parking space available.
However, you do not necessarily have to travel by car. The train station "Travemünde-Hafen" is not far away: You take the "Priwall ferry to the Priwall and are including crossing in about 30 minutes at the house. With a bit of luck, you will catch the 38 bus and get off at the "Wellenschlag" terminus. From there it is only 150 m to the house. There are then three bikes (a 5-speed men's bike, a 7-speed women's bike and a 27-speed mixed) are available (subject to availability), with which all errands can be done.

Ein sehr gut eingerichtetes und gemütliches Ferienhaus, in dem wir trotz Sturm und Regen ein sehr entspanntes verlängertes Wochenende verbracht haben. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir würden das Haus bei passender Gelegenheit gern wieder mieten.
