Lovely place to stay but quite isolated with no food or drink on site after 5pm.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was very clean and very comfortable.

It’s a bit isolated, a good few miles from anywhere for food or drink, and the on-site bar shuts at 5pm. The back door to our balcony wouldn’t lock, which wasn’t ideal, but I’m sure was an isolated issue.

Lovely lakeside view from room. Helpful staff in the bar & reception. A few minutes drive from Evesham and the Vale Crematorium nearby. Lots of parking spaces

The shower tilling & footstep has seen better days. There were two light fitting on our balcony & the one next door, only one had a light, the fitting without a light had exposed wires.

Beautiful location,well equipped cabin but disappointed.

The room was lovely.

I wasn’t told until after arrival that the kitchen was closed and no food was available. I was called in the afternoon to check my arrival time. They could have told me the. The WiFi only worked in the bar. The soap dispenser in the shower didn’t work.

My wife loves the place but every year we have multiple issues so for me a big no.

Love the quiet and sitting outside in the nice weather.

Bathroom dirty, no refrigerator even though it was suppose to have one. Lame excuse as to why no fridge as the property hadn't been used for a few days so they were well aware of the issue. The spa bath had dead bugs in it and when we picked the keys up they said at reception they would come down and check the room, sadly they didn't bother. My wife started to clean it but have up and decided not to use the spa on our 3 day break.The toilet disgusting again my wife cleaned it but the brush was full of excrement and hair and totally unfit for use. Hairs on the window ledge in the bathroom and wouldn't hazard a guess as to when it was cleaned. No fridge as already stated but if we had known before the food items we brought to put in the fridge wouldn't have ended up in the bin meaning we had to go out and pay for breakfast which added a fair expense to the bill. At £150 a day the attention to detail sadly I can only rate as poor and comfortably does not justify that price tag for the way you are treated while there.

Bar menu was very limited and basic. Fine if you want a quick meal but probably better to find a local pub.

It was 30 outside when we arrived opened the door and the aircon was already on and it was excellen.

Breakfast was ok quite tasty.

We came back to the cabin on Saturday evening about 9pm and the WiFi was not working also all the electric went off shortly after for a few minutes.

love sitting watching the wildlife in and around the lake whilst chilling on the balcony

this was now my 4th stay at the lodges and overall it was good as always, however we were a little disappointed the room rate no longer automatically included breakfast in the stay so that was an extra charge on top. Wish the room doors either opened all the way outwards or in to the room so that sitting on the balcony was just a little more comfortable

Would book again for accommodation but not for golf unless you are based in UK , breakfast was good

Lovely spacious cabin, good breakfast at club house & setting .

We were a large party of friends 6 of which wanted to play golf & unfortunately there are no clubs to rent which was a shame . We all flew in from different countries & the Uk is not set up well for this . When we asked yo book a lesson the instructor was too busy with his emails to book any lessons. Fridge didn’t work in room & could be bigger .

The cabins overlooking the lake with a balcony were lovely . The view over the lake was beautiful. The car park was right next to the cabins. Good food for a decent price. Lovely breakfast.

Mixed emotions, fantastic stay last year but shocked at the state of the room on our arrival this ye

Nice breakfast, beautiful view, lovely bar area. After day one they did put everything right that had been wrong the day before so thank you for that.

First day was a disaster, only enough sugar for 1 drink for one of us, toilet was blocked on arrival, handle fell off on the bath as soon as we tried to switch it on, bed was broke, no soap in the shower. Gentlemen on front desk was more interested in pointing out what we hadn't done rather than apologising for the state of the room.

Thoroughly recommend- fantastic value.

Lovely setting and a balcony overlooking the lake - fish - ducks - a heron swooping by!! Very polite staff, nice room, lovely modern restaurant serving full English breakfast.

Only possible improvement would be a bit of a bathroom refurbishment (grouting) and fresh fruit at breakfast would have been nice but really we were very pleased with everything.

Everything about the room was great, I was in a chalet overlooking the lake. Room was very clean and comfortable Breakfast was cooked to perfection served efficiently and with a smile by a young female waitress Great parking facilities

The restaurant closed at 16.30 and this should have been made clear prior to booking

How clean the rooms were and the views.

The main meal food had way too much salt on it. It felt really awkward walking in to a silent room restaurant with people looking at you. Would be better to have a microwave in the rooms for children/babies.
