About this apartment rental
Comfortable and quiet apartment located in a gated community with pool. It has two bedrooms for a maximum of 4 people. It has two bathrooms, a fully equipped living room and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, washing machine, dishes, toaster, coffee maker, etc.), heating, air conditioning, Internet - Wifi, stereo, television, cot, towels and sheets, with a terrace of approx. 20 square meters overlooking the sea, the total area would be 93 square meters. There is a pharmacy, a multi-product store and a supermarket (Mercadona), just below with possible access from the urbanization. 1 minute walk from the beach and only 7 minutes walk from the center of Rincon de la Victoria. Possibility of walking or cycling along a wonderful promenade that has many beach bars where you can stop to eat quality meat or fish. Daily cleaning is not included in the price, available on request and with supplement. Good connection with the city of Malaga. The bus stop is next to the residence and the motorway 5 minutes away. Añoreta Golf is located approximately 3 kilometers from the apartment. We speak Spanish, German and some English perfectly.

Very nice apartment with most facilities and very nicely furnished. Spacious balcony with some sea view. Only around 200 meters to the nearest supermarket, which is very convenient. Access to the apartment with wheelchair no problem, but inside the apartment it is unfortunately somewhat tight if you are confined to a wheelchair and the entrance to the bathroom is too narrow for a standard wheelchair. We strongly recommend this nice apartment, but if you are confined to a wheelchair we suggest you double check.

Appartement très fonctionnel et propre, la mer est a 30 sec a pieds… rien à redire. Les propriétaires très réactifs et sympathiques. Rien à redire. À refaire pour un sejour bord de mer ré-énergisant

This is a gem of a flat, spacious for a 2 bed with one full bathroom and an additional WC with toilet and sink. Beautifully presented and absolutely spotless. There are 3 dining areas - kitchen, living/ dining area and outside. I don't think I have ever seen such a comprehensively equipped kitchen, there were at least 3 ways of making coffee!
It is about a 10 minute walk from the main strip of shops and restaurants where you will also find a lovely playground (handily visible from the local cafe!) and the walk is pretty flat. As it is a short distance from the main area it is fairly quiet too and only just over the road from the beach.
Just below the flat is a really well stocked supermarket, it really couldn't be closer, so convenient esp if you choose not to hire a car.
The swimming pool is only open in high summer, which we expected, but I don't think is on the particulars.
Pia was waiting for us as agreed when we arrived and although she apologised for her lack of English I understood her perfectly and it is certainly a lot better than my Spanish!

Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, alles wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos dargestellt.
Der Pool und die Anlage sind sehr gepflegt. Ideal für Selbstversorger ist die Nähe zum Mercadona, welcher sehr gut bestückt ist. Strand und verschiedene Restaurants sind fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Der lange Strand bietet ausgiebig Möglichkeiten für sportliche Aktivitäten oder ausgedehnten Spaziergängen.
Für den Strandbesuch sind in der Wohnung zwei Sonnenschirme und ein Klappstuhl vorhanden. Vielen Dank an Pedro, er hat uns gut betreut. Wir können diese Wohnung bestens weiter empfehlen. Unser Badeurlaub war perfekt.
