Beautiful apartment with magnificent qualities, good orientation, quiet and very nice located 3 minutes walk from the beach.
The house has 130 m2 with 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master suite-shaped room, including its own bathroom and dressing room.
A large fully equipped kitchen, with clothesline, indispensable for life by the sea.
Large living room with access to a terrace of 23 m2 equipped with awnings and with nice views of the communal gardens and the pool.
It has air conditioning that provides hot and cold, with air conditioning to regulate the temperature.
It is delivered with bed and bath linen as well as with complete kitchen utensils and appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, vacuum cleaner, toaster, blender, blender.
The living room is equipped with a high definition television, a DVD player and a speaker so you can play your music. There is another additional television in one of the rooms.

Casa amplia, de excelentes calidades, muy cuidada, limpia y bien equipada, con una orientación muy buena para el verano. La urbanización también muy cuidada y tranquila, muy bien situada dentro de Oliva Nova, tanto para ir andando a la playa como a la zona comercial. Lugar ideal para una vacaciones con niños.

La casa es tal y como se muestra en las fotos. Una pasada. Esta dentro de una urbanización muy chula con piscina y al lado de la playa, . Esta genial, muy limpia y pasamos una estancia muy agradable. Jesus es un anfitrión muy atento y que se preocupa por que sus huéspedes estén a gusto
