Auberge Sable D'Or

What a great friendly welcome from Taeb (hopefully spelt your name correctly 🤔🙏🏻) this is a basic but totally adequate for our two night stay hotel, it is not 5 * but you are not paying 5* prices. Comfortable beds, small but really good hot shower with good pressure. Guest must remember that for the price (we stayed for 2 nights and have paid that price for 1 nights stay in accommodation not as good as Sable d’Or) it is such good value with an excellent breakfast. There are some steps but then one can’t be up high for a wonderful view (especially the sunsets) and not have steps to the beach. We also had adequate WiFi which was a welcome surprise. The walk to the arch takes about 20 minutes but you need to check for low tide 👍🏻👍🏻. Some people have mentioned the dogs, yes there are a few who occasionally bark at night BUT the dogs are very friendly (remember that Rabies is in Morocco 🙈) and they will follow you down the beach but not in a threatening way - they just want to be with humans, don’t encourage or feed them and they will be perfectly fine. Parking was easy at the back of the hotel. All in all should we go back we would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Leaving this morning 😢

Beautiful apartment, lots of space, fully furnished kitchen, spotlessly clean throughout. Very comfortable lounge and sofas. Large comfortable bedroom and bed. Added benefit of a washing machine and rooftop terrace. Host was exceptional making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Accomodation.was minutes walk from cafes, boulangerie/patisserie and grocer shop.

Great location right at the beach with ocean view from the terrace. Restaurant with nice beach and ocean view. Soothing whoosh of ocean waves. Short beach walk to the famous Lagzira arcs.

Hotel is old and needs some renovation. Rooms are very basic. You can't see the ocean from the room because a shared terrace blocks the view.

It is right on the beach. It overlooks the sea.

The parking is a nightmare and you have to pay extra for it. It's a popular weekend spot for locals. The hotel is a little worn down and there are many many steps. I ended up falling really ill while there so didnt stay the night which I wasnt upset about.
