Villa l'Incanto is located in the Tuscan hills just 3km from the motorway exit, immersed in the green in a short time you can reach destinations such as the Tuscan art cities:
Pisa, Florence, Lucca or visit the beautiful Ligurian coast with fantastic beaches and points of interest: Lerici, Portovenere, Le Cinqueterre and Versilia famous for shopping and nightlife.
The house has a splendid relaxation area with a waterfall pool and a spacious garden.

Great house, very nice owner, he and she are very helpfull. The only small minor was the fact that the diving board wasn’t there and the second pool isn’t a jacuzzi. In the surrounding area of the house is not much tourist activities. You have to drive 30 min for those things. But overall a great place to stay

This house was perfect for the six of us and the view was absolutely spectacular! It was close enough to Cinque Terre for us to do day trips there but far enough away to give us a nice break from the large crowds. Laura was also very accommodating and helpful with everything that we needed. I would highly recommend staying here. We will be coming back when we revisit Italy!

We had a perfect stay at L’Incanto! Laura is such a great host - always available for anything g we need, including getting us a table at a great local restaurant our first night. The property is gorgeous- the grounds are immaculate, and the pool is amazing. The location is great, also, giving us the ability to easily take day trips in all directions. Recommended!!

Extremely clean and well taken care of house. The owner Laura is amazing and is the best VRBO host we have ever had. The views are beautiful. Great internet, all bedrooms have AC and a well stocked kitchen.

Lovely home. Definitely do the dinner show early in your trip as you will have leftovers. Great location. Easy drive to La Spezia for good shopping and train station to anywhere you want to go. Nice yard, gated home with great pool. Say hello to Maggie, Laura’s sweet yellow lab. See the local area too nit just tourist stuff, lots to offer.

The house offered everything you could need to be a home away from home, but we lots of extra special charm. The view, pool and pool area were great. The porches around the property offered lots of shaded area to enjoy the beautiful Italian weather and countryside. The spacious living area was great for hosting a large group and the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. There were two BBQ areas that could be used as well. The animals on the property were so fun too. My kids did not want to leave them or the pool! Laura and Luca were extremely accommodating and helpful. The town of Aulla was a close drive to get to supermarkets, etc. There were also quite a few restaurants close by offering great local cuisine. It was also a convenient location to reach La Spezia, Cinque Terre, Pisa and Genoa. We hope some day to go back!
