I didnt know it's was that heigh above the sealevel. It was A little scary to get to the house with the car, but maybe I'm from Holland thats why. The view was nice.

You have to drive 20 mins to the stores and restaurants.

The appartement is very cosy but a coffee/lounge table next to the sofa would be nice. Also a cosy mood light.

a very special place

This is a very special place. High up on the hill with a great view (it is a drive to get there though). Back on the driveway you even have a panoramic view of the valley. It’s very quiet and in the middle of nature. The lower apartment has the use of the garden with a bench you can sit. Next tot the apartment there is a nice little terrace. Inside you get all you need. It has a very cosy atmosphere.

Cosy apartment with an amazing view!

What a great place to stay! It's high above the valley, though only a 20-minute drive from the city of Aosta. The apartment consists of a cosy living-room with a fully equipped kitchen, a nice and modern bathroom with a perfectly working shower and a double bed separated from the living-room by half a wall. There's room for two, three or even four people. We also appreciated the breakfast items which Lorenzo, the owner, provided: bread, milk, tea and some home-made jam, which you can also buy and take home with you. The view towards the mountains from the balcony is just stunning, like in a movie theatre! Be aware that google maps directs you to the wrong place, at least on our phones. People there, however, know Lorenzo, so it wasn't a problem to eventually find the place! It's easier to get there during daylight though. La Cascina d'Orleans alone makes visiting Valle d'Aosta worth any minute! I'll make sure to come back!

Credo che la primavera sia la stagione migliore per apprezzare ancor di piú la bellezza del luogo.

Posizione incantevole, proprietario gentilissimo vista dalle finestre e dal terrazzino meravigliosa.

Abitazione essenziale , un po' isolata e con una strada non troppo piacevole in inverno se di sera si vuol prendere qualcosa fuori, anche solo un bel thé , per cui é utile portarsi qualcosa. La posizione però é parte del suo fascino : o piace o non piace, a me é piaciuta.

Ruhe und Top Lage in den Bergen des Aosta Tals

Eine Traumferienwohnung in idyllischer Berglage direkt gegenüber des Grande Paradiso Nationalparks. Wer Ruhe und eine gewisse Abgeschiedenheit sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Es ist eine tolle und urige Ferienwohnung. Der Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus. Unser Hund war sehr willkommen. Die Wohnung ist mit einem großen Bad ausgestattet. Der Aufenthaltsraum und die Küche bilden eine Einheit, die die Gemütlichkeit in der Wohnung mit urigen Deckenbalken noch steigert. In der Küche gibt es einen Induktionsherd, Töpfe und eine typische italienische Espresso-Kocher für den Induktionsherd. Das Schlafzimmer bietet einen phantastischen Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge und ist über den Wohnraum zu erreichen. Der Herd der Küche ist in einen alten Kamin eingebaut, was die Gemütlichkeit noch steigert. Der Gastgeber ist ein überaus freundlicher und sehr höflicher Mensch.

Das Bett war für mich sehr gut, meine Frau meinte einen Tick weicher wäre OK, aber so sind die Befindlichkeiten beim Bett.

La Cascina d'Orléans igazi gyöngyszem a hegyekben 1200 méteres magasságban található, ahonnan lélegzetelállító kilátás nyílik a környező tájra. A friss, tiszta hegyi levegő már önmagában megéri az utat, de amit igazán különlegessé tesz, az Lorenzo meleg, szívélyes fogadtatása. Már az érkezés pillanatától otthon éreztük magunkat. A ház autentikus, bájos stílusa tökéletesen illeszkedik a környezethez – mintha egy másik világba csöppentünk volna. Minden apró részlet gondosan megtervezett, és a nyugalom, amit itt találtunk, páratlan. Külön öröm volt, hogy lehetőség nyílt helyben készült finomságok – lekvárok, mézek, szörpök – megvásárlására is. Ezek nemcsak ízletesek, hanem valódi kézműves termékek, amelyek tökéletesen tükrözik a hely szellemiségét. Ami különösen tetszett: Lorenzo vendégszeretete, a ház hangulata, a fantasztikus hegyi kilátás, a friss klíma és a helyi finomságok. Ha valaki valódi, természetközeli élményre vágyik, távol a tömegtől, de közel a szívhez – ez a hely tökéletes választás.

Wij hadden geen ontbijt (appartement) en de locatie was top. De rust, stilte en de uitzicht.

Bella Vista!

Einmalige Alleinlage und Aussicht. Vermieter Lorenzo sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einfach, aber gemütlich eingerichtet. Schönes Badezimmer, sogar mit Waschmaschine. Bequemes Bett, von dem aus man direkt auf schneebedeckte Berggipfel blickt...

Man muss damit leben, dass man immer eine Viertelstunde Spitzkehren fahren muss, wenn man irgendwo hin will, aber dafür entschädigen Ruhe und Aussicht. Schön wären noch ein Toaster und ein Wasserkocher in der Küche.

Pas de four micro-ondes, ce serait un plus Pas de volets mais uniquement des rideaux occultants. Si on est sensible à la lumière du jour, on peut-être vite réveillé

La posizione dell'appartamento era spettacolare, camera curata con attenzione nei minimi dettagli. Il ragazzo molto disponibile a darci consigli sui posti in cui andare a sciare.

Ideale per godersi il relax

La vista è magnifica. La quota e la distanza dal paese lo rendono il posto ideale per staccare la spina e rilassarsi. La strada per arrivare è lunga ed in alcuni tratti senza barriere, ma è una strada molto ben tenuta e senza nessun pericolo.

Essendo un piano terra, si sente bene quando al piano sopra camminano. Fortunatamente questo non è avvenuto la sera tardi, quindi per noi nessun problema.

De weg naar boven, vele haarspeldbochten is de eerste keer best spannend; het went. Keukenuitrusting mag iets hogere kwaliteit zijn?
