Clean nice comfortable, beautiful elephants, staff polite and friendly Food good

Me and my hubby came to stay for our anniversary and this was such a lovely treat. The room we were in had it's own balcony to see the elephants at the dam. The room also had a spa bath with bubbles, which was my favorite part of the room. The breakfast and interactions with the elephants were included in our stay, which I feel made it feel extra special. The lodge has a seating area where you can view the elephants in their sleeping quarters if they decide to sleep inside. The curio shop also has some lovely tshirts and plushees. The photographer service was good too, he made sure to get some good shots for us. The restaurant had good food and I loved their cappacinos. They also had non alcoholic options.

Lovely and perfectly situated for the elephants. Comfortable rooms. Our room included windows where you could view the elephants at night. Friendly staff with attention to detail.

Bathroom was not as clean as it should be. Generally very dated. Very petty to charge 65 zar for a cheap wine glass which we informed them we accidentally broke. Cafeteria was adequate but not great. Over priced compared to the many other places we have stayed.
