Absolutely Nothing

The elephants, the ladies in the restaurant who actually smiled and tried to be hospitable, some of the guides when engaging with the elephants

The fact that we were stared down during every meal by what I am assuming to be the manager of some sort. Tall white guy standing and looking at you whilst you eat felt very very uncomfortable. The breakfast is extremely underwhelming, the staff look unhappy, the rooms are ok, nothing great, the only highlight was time spent with the elephants. Service by the ladies in restaurant was nice. I expected better service, better standard rooms, our room was dirty, they tried moving us to single rooms that looked much cleaner but expected us to separate from our 2 kids who are under 10... The family room and other rooms as well as the viewing deck is so close and kids get so excited so watch the elephants late at night. Other adults are not mindful of the the fact that it's super quite, we right outside the rooms, it becomes so uncomfortable and you actually cannot enjoy the experience with your kids because you are in the middle of 3 other rooms occupied by adults with no kids and you have to either call it a night and miss what you paid for or sit through the uncomfortable noise. I would recommend this place for the experience a day time experience but not a stay over, it's not worth the price.

Nice views

Bathroom was not as clean as it should be. Generally very dated. Very petty to charge 65 zar for a cheap wine glass which we informed them we accidentally broke. Cafeteria was adequate but not great. Over priced compared to the many other places we have stayed.
