After a private road, surrounded by meadows, beautiful house in red stones of the country, overlooking a beautiful private pool with breathtaking 360 ° view of the green countryside of the Black Perigord.
The building from 140 m² was renovated in 2001, in a spirit of authenticity: stone walls in the living room, exposed beams, polished wooden floor, ... Very bright, it offers through its windows a beautiful view.
It includes a large living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen (completely redone in 2015), three bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet and two garages.

belle prestation . endroit calme et reposant mais un réel besoin de rénovation et d'entretien sur certains points :
- fenêtres et volets usés par le temps
- pourtour de la piscine cassée et dangereux

maison magnifique sur un site remarquable et agréable avec une piscine plus grande que sur la photo mais le lieu est toutefois très isolé et l'accès est difficile (chemin d'accès très abîmé!)

Nous avons tous passé un excellent séjour aux Places, les enfants pour la décrire disaient "tu vois le bout du monde, c'est la maison après" elle restera longtemps dans leur mémoire.
La maison est spacieuse et confortable, la piscine plus grande que sur les photos et la vue est magnifique, nous étions déconnectés du monde et c'était parfait pour une semaine.
Il y a en plus des ballades, de jolies sorties culturelles à faire : collonges, meyssac, padirac, rocamadour, turenne, ou un peu plus loin lascaux et les sites préhistoriques.

Nous avons loué pour la seconde fois cette maison. Quel bonheur.
La maison est spacieuse et confortable.
La vue est très belle et la grande piscine a fait le bonheur de nos enfants.
De plus, les propriétaires sont charmants.
Nous adorons cet endroit.
