About this apartment rental

This modern apartment is situated within a gated community in the grounds of the Riviera Golf complex and is a great location for golfers and non-golfers alike. It is situated 30 mins drive from Nice airport. Within easy access are the resorts of Cannes, Antibes, Juan-les-Pins, Nice, Monaco, Villefranche (all by car or train) as well as St Tropez, Port Grimaud, Mougins, Valbonne, St Paul de Vence, Grasse (by car). A number of sandy beaches are only 5 mins drive away and the little town of la Napoule (5 mins drive; 40 mins walk; approx 10 euros in an Uber) has a marina, beaches and great restaurants. A supermarket just down the road from the apartment will provide all your shopping needs. The apartment is furnished to a high standard. It is fully air-conditioned and includes all modern essentials including high speed fibre broadband, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven. It has a large terrace that enjoys afternoon and evening sun and a large shared pool.

Our stay was wonderful. The apartment is fully equipped, and the kitchen had many utensils, which made self-catering very easy for us. We had a pleasant time. The host is very nice and was always available.

Had the most amazing time staying at this beautiful property and location - the beach at Theole is lovely as were the restaurants we visited on the coast - definitely recommend this place - the host of the apartment has been fantastic all the way through - thank you so much for a fabulous stay - you haven’t missed a thing in your apartment - all that we required - you had already thought of. Thanks again! I also slept 9 hours solid each night due to the shutters - so thank you for that too :-)

The apartment was perfect for us being a family of four with two young girls, 7 and 9 years. Mandelieu is a great location to venture out along the coast all the way from St Tropez to Monaco and beyond to Nice. Our girls loved having a choice of three swimming pools and a range of different beaches in the area to visit. The apartment had a great open plan kitchen which was well equipped and it was nice to be able to relax and have dinner outside on the terrace in the evenings. We would definitely like to return in the near future.

Just returned from two weeks in this apartment. It's about half an hours steady drive from Nice airport. It's situated in a quiet, gated, residential area adjacent to the Riviera golf club. It's very secure and safe. It has both outdoor and indoor parking, walk from the car park to the apartment is probably under a minute. The town and shops are about a five minute walk away. You are going to need a car. Beaches in the area are all a short drive. Our favourite was La Theoule sur mer. The apartment is clean and modern with everything you could wish. It has wifi, French, English and Sky TV. It has a big private, furnished patio area, perfect for eating out, and it gets the sun in afternoon and early evening. I think the building must have very good sound insulation as we found it very quiet at night. The complex has three pools, the nearest being about two minutes walk away. Never had a problem getting a sun lounger at any time of the day. The public areas of the building are very well maintained and the gardens are beautiful and again spotlessly maintained. Overall as good a rental apartment as you are likely to find.

Excellent apartment

We stayed here for one week and had a brilliant holiday. The apartment is very handy for Nice airport. We hired a car so we could travel around a bit and it was only a 20-30 minute drive from the airport. The apartment is in a nice safe quiet area with lovely gardens all perfectly maintained. It is very close to a local supermarket (can walk or drive!) and a few minutes drive from Mandelieu and La Napoule. There are great beaches approx a 5 minute drive! The apartment was exactly as described and very clean and well equipped and we had everything we could ever need on a self catering holiday! We really enjoyed lazy lunches after a spot of swimming and sunbathing in the morning down at the pool. We also ventured out to visit Biot, St Paul de Vence and also Antibes which has a great many restaurants for an evening meal out. We highly recommend this apartment and hopefully we will be lucky enough to go back another year!

We had a 2 week stay here and everything was perfect. The apartment is so spacious and literally has everything you need right down to the best beach bag I have ever used! The outdoor sitting area is lovely and secluded and the whole complex is very peaceful. The pool close to the apartment is really relaxing and has lovely views. You do need a car but the walk down the hill to Mandelieu is very doable if you like walking. The tips given by Clare were all spot on and we followed so many of them. It's closeness to Cannes is great and you really are positioned so well for a holiday in this area. I would highly recommend this apartment and Clare the owner was a pleasure to deal with and their local agent Claudine was a really nice lady.

A great apartment well located approximately 5 miles west of Cannes in an ideal location for exploring the Cote D'Azur. The apartment is located within a secure gated community and both the apartment and the surroundings are well maintained. A car is desirable if staying at this apartment although parking is easy either adjacent to the property or in the underground garage. Having said that we walked the 20 minute walk into town on a couple of occasions and the 30 minute walk to the railway station at La Napoule to take the train along the cost to Nice, Antibes & Monaco.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub und ihn sehr genossen. Das Appartment ist super ausgestattet, das die Küchenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist einwandfrei, das Zentrum von Mandelieu-la-Napoule bzw. die Strände Richtung Cannes sind schnell erreicht mit dem Auto. Viele Parkplätze sind kostenfrei. Zahlreiche Städte sind schnell und bequem mit dem Zug stressfrei erreicht. Ob Einkaufen, Strand, ein Drink , an der Promenade spazieren, es ist alles da. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im schönen und ruhigen Appartment sehr genossen. gerne wieder😊😊😊

Waren im Juni, also Vorsaison in Frankreich. Die Anlage war herrlich ruhig. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, so daß man sich direkt wohl fühlt. Die Terrasse hat einen tollen Esstisch und eine Lounge - Ecke. Die Küche ist wunderbar groß und es ist alles da was man braucht. Kleines Manko: da die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss liegt, ist es ein wenig feucht/muffig. Mit dem einschalten der Klimaanlage ist dies aber behoben. Ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist vorhanden. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt. Würden jederzeit wieder dort hin fahren. Vielen Dank.

Een goed uitgeruste woning, die als vakantiewoning wordt verhuurd. Hierdoor van alle gemakken voorzien en het ontbreekt aan niets in de keuken. Mooie beveiligde plek op een golfterrein, zeer nette groenvoorzieningen, parkeren in koele garage en airco in kamer en slaapkamer. Mooie lokatie, fijn zwembad, rust in het voorseizoen en koel door beschutte ligging met voldoende opties voor zonnebaden. Zou meteen willen teruggaan.

The appartment was nice and full stuffed with anything we need. Also it is really close to La Napoule with the nice beach La Raguette, wonderful for kids, small waves and sandy easy into water going beach. The appartment is also fitted with a washing machine, which is useful with kids. Inside the community you also find a pool (cold, not heated - the mediterrian sea water was warmer then the pool water). The only thing which does not work proberly was the entrance of the garage, probably depending on the remote key, we don't know.

Nous remercions Claire et David pour la qualité de leur appartement. Bien décoré et super équipé, spacieux , nous y avons séjourné 2 semaines en juillet dans un environnement de qualité, un voisinage calme et agréable. La piscine est a 2 pas, on peut en profiter car l'affluence y est faible. Les vehicules stationnent en sous sol au frais et en quelques minutes on accède aux plages, commerces, autoroute. La climatisation dans chaque pièce prévient de température caniculaire. Ce lieu de villégiature est idéale pour visiter la région et se reposer. Un petit plus forcément...la proximité du golf pour les amateurs. Super vacances...

Appartement très agréable, avec tout le confort nécessaire. Quelques détails malgré tout: Le lave linge était cassé (Porte), donc inutilisable. Pas gênant pour un court séjour, mais voir pour une période plus longue Pour la télé... au cas ou... Il n'y a pas toutes les chaines françaises, notamment la 2 et la 3... Pas important pour nous, mais peut être gênant pour des fans de TV... Sinon, c'est un RdC avec terrasse donnant devant le batiment. Pour les commerces, il faut prendre la voiture... Points positifs: Il y a la clim, 3 piscines dans la résidence et un box en SS pour le véhicule... Conclusion: Location à recommander...

Appartement de 2 pièces de tout confort, très propre, équipé comme chez soi, au calme, situé dans une résidence sécurisée donnant sur le Golf Riviera. Bien isolé , aucun bruit de voisinage. La climatisation dans toutes les pièces par cette canicule est très appréciée. La piscine la plus proche est à 2mn ( il y en a 3 en tout dans la résidence) et on trouve des transats libres à toute heure . Nous avons pris tous les petits déjeuners et repas sur la terrasse qui est sans vis a vis. Il est difficile d'aller aux plages en cette période ( fin juillet) car les parkings proches sont pleins et les plages noires de monde, ou alors y aller très tôt le matin, ce qui est le cas sur toute la côte.. Nous avons préféré aller à la piscine. Quelques restaurants sympa sur le centre de la Napoule. Les informations données et les relations avec la propriétaire Claire Stones sont parfaites . La caution m'a été remboursée dans la semaine qui a suivie notre départ. Une location à recommander pour un couple .

Very nice apartment in well maintained and secured complex with beautiful surroundings. The apartment is fully equipped. Quiet atmosphere. Good swimming pool with sufficient sunbeds. The golfcourse next to the terrain and it's terrace is highly recommendable, i.a. as a lunch location.

We stay 14 days there and it is very recommendable. In the appartment it is all available what you need for good holydays. Also the complex and the pool are very neat and clean. You can make good excursions in the surrounding area like Nizza, Cannes , St. Tropez, St. Maxime, Monaco and the great coast between Mandelieu and St. Raphael.
