Excellent location with nearby options for restaurants, shopping and transportation. Apartment in good working order as advertised. Very safe building that is family oriented. Nearby shop keepers are welcoming to visitors and friendly. Although a busy area, clearly they are keeping an eye on comings and goings, makes it feel neighborly. Hot water heater issue arose upon arrival and was promptly fixed on our 2nd day. This is a traditional European style apartment, everything is as represented in photos.
I would not recommend if you are mobility challenged due to a spiral staircase, as shown in photos. Also for US based travelers that may not be as familiar with European utility system operations, perhaps it would not be the best choice.
