The staff was courteous and helpful. The cabin/cottage was fabulous and exceeded our expectations. Very rustic and cozy decor. Very clean ! We loved the large bathroom with 2 sinks ! We enjoyed the local shops and restaurants. The location was within blocks of the road leading to the West Entrance of Yellowstone Park. We would highly recommend this property !
While I can understand the idea of not wanting guests to " cook " in their cabin so nothing is damaged, stained, etc . , I would have to say that not having a microwave to use was somewhat disappointing. I also wish the fireplace would produce some heat as it would have been nice after arriving back inside out of the cold wind. We did warm up quickly by turning up the thermostat.

The housekeeper took my face flannel , which was blue , and all towels and flannels I. The property were white , explanation was it got mixed up , and was not able to be returned . I’m not very pleased that property of mine was removed by a member of staff ,for no reason.

I liked the location. The room was nice and clean.
The man who checked me in was very unwelcoming and rude. He asked for ID and credit card and told me sit down that it would take him about 3 minutes to check me in. Never once did he greet me. He was very unfriendly. I will not stay there again, and I was a return customer.
