Private Pool Retreat for Families and Groups ~ Prime Atlanta Location

Spacious, comfortable, bright, mid-century home on a private acre. Centrally located to Atlanta's top attractions. Private pool is open May–September. Ideal for private indoor/outdoor gatherings. Parties are not allowed but with advance approval we welcome small, quiet gatherings; fee may apply. Includes volleyball, basketball, cornhole, pitch & putt, pool basketball, pool floats, picnic table, Char-Broil propane grill with propane tank and utensils. Furnished outdoor areas include large deck and screened porch overlooking pool and lawn; covered poolside terrace area; covered front porch; side patio.

Ideally located in the beautiful, vibrant Sandy Springs area of Atlanta, just inside the I-285 perimeter. Set back from a scenic tree-lined, residential main road in a safe and highly desirable area of upscale, single-family homes. Very conveniently located to a wide variety of amenities and attractions: excellent dining, coffee shops, nightlife, family activities, parks and hiking/biking trails, music venues, retail. Several grocery stores are located within two miles of the property. Less than two miles to Sandy Springs’ town center City Springs, offering indoor and outdoor performance venues, family friendly park, excellent restaurants. A short drive or Uber to Braves' Truist Park, neighboring Buckhead, midtown, airport, and major Atlanta attractions. POOL
Private swimming pool is 20 x 40 feet; depth is 4-10 feet. Pool is open late May–September. During the off-season, the pool is securely covered with a safety cover.

SLEEPING AND BATH ACCOMMODATIONS
The home comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests.
• Main level: 8 guests in 4 bedrooms—one king bedroom with ensuite bathroom and three queen bedrooms share the hallway bathroom.
• Terrace level (daylight basement with private entry): two 16x20 rooms (private bedroom, Living Room 2, and full bathroom. This level accommodates 6 guests. Bedroom has a queen Tempurpedic adjustable-base bed and twin bunks with safety rails, and Living Room 2 has a queen futon.
• Additional half bath is located off the kitchen

We allow a minimum of three days between each reservation to clean thoroughly and with high attention to detail.

• Many convenient items are provided for your use: alarm clocks, bluetooth speaker, clothesline and drying rack, folding tables and chairs, portable fans, step stools, umbrellas, white noise machine, hairdryer, ironing board & iron, flashlight, vacuum, first aid kit, and basic housekeeping tools & supplies

The home has a large deck, screened-in porch, covered front porch, private yard and pool with seating, tables, umbrellas, lounge chairs, propane grill, basketball hoop, volleyball area. Large turnaround driveway and two-car carport. The superb location cannot be beat for a private, peaceful getaway.
