This property was perfect for us. We felt well supported in our planning by the host and upon arrival by the concierge. The location of the flat was outstanding! Everything was as described in the listing. The flat was very near public transportation and lots of attractions. Anthony, the host, was nearly always available to answer questions and give suggestions. I just could not have asked for more.

Our stay was amazing. So close to transport and many attractions. The accomodation was spacious with great city views. A plus having laundry facilities. Wonderful place to come home to after busy days.

Spacious, beautiful apartment on the 7th floor of a well maintained building in an excellent location. Also appreciated the amenities, as well as the big windows throughout with great views. Anthony, the host, was gracious and kind. Really appreciated that he allowed us to check in a bit early after a long train ride. Would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay in London.

Just okay....
Pros: 1 minute walk to Tower Hill Tube station, quiet neighborhood and building. Lots of room in apartment. It was clean but could use a deep cleaning.
Cons: Right away we were shown a broken sliding closet mirror door in the bathroom and asked to be careful with it. Also shown a broken widow asked not to use it. Furniture is old- just okay- looks better in the pictures. Bed comfort is okay- mattress seems to be old and has indents- pillows were hard and uncomfortable. We had no desire to hang out in the apartment. Basically slept and showered. Washer/dryer combo is a joke. Took 2 hours to do a load of laundry (super small load) Clothes were still completely damp they had to be air dried.
I had told Anthony myself and adult daughter would be staying there. No bedding for the sofa sleeper was provided because "There were not 3 people" I was told once we realized we could not find the bedding our first night.
Anthony was cordial, I would say the info he provides is screen shots from online. Nothing helpful or special.
Best thing going for this place is location to tube station. Would not book this place again. We get something nicer and closer in the city.
