Via della Croce 78 / A. In a historic building, a stone's throw from Piazza di Spagna, in the heart of one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in the center of Rome, you will find in an elegant historic residence the ideal room to accommodate up to three people.
You will live five minutes from Piazza di Spagna, a few minutes from Piazza del Popolo, the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon, in a historic building from the 1700s with all the characteristics of the architecture of the time and the comforts of today.
The apartment is in an extraordinary location. Close to everything. You don't need public transport. Many bars and restaurants in the area. The room has 2 levels, with a living room, bed and bathroom on the first floor and a bedroom on the second level. Every day you have fresh fruit, cold drink biscuits and yogurt. There is a Nespresso coffee machine in the room.
The room is cleaned, only on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10 to 13
The use of the kitchen is not provided.

Salvatore is an amazing host. The property is also very great. Right off the Spanish steps.

Check in process was easy. The host was friendly and waiting for us and explained in detail how everything worked. The location was amazing. In the heart of everything with restaurants, gelatarias, souvenir shops, and cafes just outside the door. Minutes walk to the Subway, Spanish Steps and various shopping. The only reason its not a 5 star was due to the lack of A/c. Unbearably hot and hard to sleep at night. Mitigated by fans which help but still not comfortable enough.

First, if you stay here make sure you frequent the restaurant below with the flowers. Trust me - great service and food. While the place above is well situated, there is no AC, a smaller frig than in a college dorm, little room to put things and pictures of family members that we turned around during our stay. I found the twin bed to be uncomfortable. The old windows don't block out all the noise from below but it wasn't too bad. Could definitely use more light overall.
