About this villa rental
Spacious and roomy, Villa Can Martin is a fabulous independent holiday home perfectly located a short distance from the old town of Pollensa. Equipped with a generously sized private pool, extensive gardens and panoramic views, this villa offers a truly privileged location and all the amenities to turn a holiday into a memorable experience. With 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and cosy interiors, Villa Can Martin can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
The entrance door opens to the cosy living and dining room with satellite TV, DVD player and wi-fi internet. The fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, 4 hobs, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine in a dedicated service area) with an adjacent dining area has direct access to the outdoor barbecue area and terrace (furnished for outdoor dining). A couple of stairs lead from the living room to a spacious double bedroom with built-in wardrobes and air conditioning. The main suite with a double bed (with air conditioning) and dressing room is also located on this level and has a full en-suite bathroom which, thanks to the double doors, can also be accessed from the hallway.
A staircase from the living room leads you to the first floor and a second comfortable living room. Also on the first floor is the third bedroom (with two single beds, air conditioning) with built-in wardrobes and direct access to a fabulous sun terrace that offers wide views of the pool area. There is also a family bathroom on the upper floor. The villa has been carefully renovated while preserving many of its original features, providing a traditional but sophisticated atmosphere for unforgettable holidays.
Outside, the extensive gardens offer a children's play area, a barbecue, a private L-shaped pool with an outdoor shower and table tennis. The terraces invite guests to relax and enjoy the beautiful panoramic views. This is the ideal place to relax in privacy or enjoy an outdoor dinner, away from stress and daily routine. However, with incredible sandy beaches just a few minutes by car!
Free air conditioning from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Information to be taken into account:
In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.
On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.
The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.

High quality traditional property in excellent location close to Pollenca. Spacious, well equipped with excellent good sized pool. Good quality aircon in comfortable bedrooms. Had a superb family stay. The Sealand villa were first class throughout.
Not something relating to the villa but shame there isn’t a path to walk into Pollenca which is only 1k away.

This is an amazing villa to stay in for a small group. Beautiful and large pool, sun loungers, pool toys and a table tennis table made our stay above our expectations. The host is a company but that isn’t a bad thing as check in was easy and someone responded to the phone number for help even though it was out of hours. Everything about the place and the rules are easy to understand and it is a very easy home to live in. It was perfect for us as we did not require much assistance but we knew we could call them if we needed to. Very close to Pollença and a cheap and easy to navigate bus ride into Alcúdiaport du pollenca. I would definitely recommend hiring a car however! Would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely consider coming back to this lovely villa.The hosts went above and beyond even offering to post out a dress that my friend left at the villa.Would give more stars if I could

La ubicación de la villa es excelente, así como el exterior de la misma, con un extenso jardín y una zona de piscina separada parcialmente (importante si se va con niños pequeños). La casa es cómoda y muy amplia, aunque con accesibilidad algo limitada en algunas zonas (escalones o escaleras algo complicadas). La cocina cómoda y con una zona de office para comer/desayunar muy cómoda y amplia. Buena luz y ventilación. El porche es fantástico para disfrutar fuera de la casa, así como la zona de picnic o la de barbacoa. La casita de juguete para los niños un Plus. En general una fantástica opción para ir de vacaciones en familia. La piscina de muy buen tamaño y limpia (lástima no ser la mejor época para bañarse). La lavadora es muy nueva y hay tendedero (fijo y portátil) así como pinzas suficientes. La orientación de la casa y la piscina es fantástica.
Para reservas fuera de temporada alta la casa es algo fría, no se pueden usar ni la calefacción ni la chimenea, por lo que solo se pueden calentar las habitaciones con la bomba de calor y las áreas comunes son frías y pueden resultar incómodas. A pesar de contar con puntos de luz suficientes la iluminación es bastante oscura (lo que podría arreglarse fácilmente con unas bombillas de led más potentes y de larga duración). Los días nublados o de lluvia el interior es algo lúgubre y frío. El equipamiento de la cocina es un poco limitado para 6 personas (ollas o sartenes pequeñas, falta de algunos utensilios de cocina). Nos montaron una cuna pero no tenía sábanas, tampoco había a la vista mantelería, aunque encontramos algunos manteles en un baúl (que olía a cerrado). Echamos en falta alguna manguera para limpiar el exterior.
