The apartment for rent is located in a structure, entirely dedicated to Holiday Homes, in Località Boncore - Torre Lapillo, in a charming, green and sunny place, surrounded by a beautiful private garden enhanced by its strategic position as the protected marine area of Porto Cesareo, with 17 km of golden beaches, is about 1 km from the sea.
We have a 50 sqm apartment with bedroom, living room with kitchenette, bathroom, possibility to eat outside, independent garden and private parking, we can accommodate up to a maximum of 5 beds.
The apartment is equipped with every comfort.
It is a residential area with several independent villas in the surrounding area and therefore enjoys a particular tranquility.
A stone's throw from the town where you can take advantage of any service.
The inhabited centers of Torre Lapillo and Porto Cesareo offer tourists every kind of structure where they can taste all the typical dishes of the Salento tradition and beyond. In particular, typical cuisine of Salento, boat rental for excursions, booking bathing facilities (Punta Prosciutto, Le Dune, Taboo, Great Basin, Togo Bay, Lido Max, Baia del Sol, Orange Sun, Riva degli Angeli, Bonavista, etc, etc ...) .

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa nella settimana dal 20 al 27 Agosto 2016 ed è stata una bellissima scoperta! Tutto speravamo rispecchiasse quanto osservato nelle foto e non c'è sensazione più bella di scoprire che tutto è invece migliore nella realtà. Ci è stato consegnato l'appartamento all'ultimo piano e che dire... terrazzi bellissimi, pulizia e profumo ovunque, arredo semplice ma nuovo, adatto per un luogo di mare. Non mancava nulla di quanto potesse servire sin da subito e ad accoglierci sul tavolino della cucina una bottiglietta di olio e tarallucci pugliesi... Il proprietario Antonio una persona disponibilissima e cordiale! Prezzi onestissimi... Peccato l'esser dovuti partire un giorno prima.... ma sicuramente un'esperienza positiva da rifare e consigliare a chi vuole passare una settimana nella tranquillità, a pochi minuti dal mare e dalle spiagge più belle del Salento. Grazie!

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'attico, che ha una parte di terrazzo riservata. L'appartamento è carino, con una cucina accessoriata, un bagno pulito ed una Camera matrimoniale.
Nei giorni più caldi è necessario accendere l'aria condizionata, di cui è fornito, è silenzioso (nonostante vi siano vicini accanto e sopra) e di recente fattura.
Spesso può esserci vento molto forte, che limita un Po l'opportunità di cenare fuori nel gazebo, ma scendendo ai piani inferiori si placa già un Po. A contrario di come è solitamente, la tramontana rende il mare piatto e ancora più cristallino, inoltre le spiagge ha spesso dune che riducono un po il vento.
L'appartamento è vicino alle spiagge di Torre Lapillo, ma ad agosto sono troppo affollate e rumorose. Consigliamo Torre Colimena per il relax, Punta prosciutto per il mare.
I proprietari sono molto disponibili e gentili, vi aiuteranno anche in questo.
In breve: molto consigliato.
Mi permetto un solo appunto, la doccia ha ancora la tendina, un po sgradevole...

Appartamento pulito con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Antonio disponibile e accogliente, peccato esserci rimasti solo una settimana.
