SeaView Turtles

Breakfast was not included in the price but I did purchase several continental breakfasts which were lovely

There was nothing that I did not like. I would return again

Perfect value for money. Great location, huge apartment, clean. Staff ready to help.

Not enough towels and dishes. Hope the building site next to the Turtle will be over soon, because the way to the entrance is not nice.

Great

It’s great

Great location and a clean chalet

From the very first day of our stay, we experienced several problems that were never resolved. The showerhead was not working and despite contacting the host Ms. Engy, several times, the issue was never fixed. Unfortunately, she was unresponsive to our requests and did not take the necessary action to resolve the problems. We also reported that the TV had no Egyptian channels but we received no response and no solution was provided. In addition it was very difficult to reach her by phone or WhatsApp, as she often did not answer calls or messages. There were also problems with frequent electricity outages, and the water pressure was extremely weak. The water quality was also poor, appearing dirty and contaminated. Overall, the stay was disappointing due to the lack of maintenance, the unresolved issues, and the poor communication with the host
