The view & accessibility.
Hard, uncomfortable sofa. Would benefit from good curtains on the large window to help keep the heat in at night. Bed ok but not hotel standard. Door tricky to unlock & harder to lock (especially as i’m small); probably door has dropped & hinges need tweaked. Little niggles but hopefully easily fixable.

Hosts were lovely and left some cookies for us on arrival. Apartment was well appointed and had stunning views, great shower, lots of space for our son to run around outside (although there is open water to bear in mind for smaller kids)
The beds were very bouncy and my husband and I struggled to sleep super well.
