Luxurious 3-Bedroom Seaside Retreat Fully Renovated in 2025

The set up. Each room had their own toilet and the view of the place was excellent.

After staing in various hotels around greece, this was by far the best experience we had. The bathrooms were super clean and modern, which made me feel like i was at home. The apartment is newly renovated, and had everything you needed for an enjoyable family holiday. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a bathroom/ensuite. Washing mashine in kitchen, ironing board, and that fantastic wrap around balcony to enjoy the views. 100% i would stay there the next time we goto greece.

Great location, newly renovated and well appointed apartment with all the mod cons. Easy to get in and out of.

The finishing of this newly renovated apartment are roughly done and in many cases poorly installed. The outside of the apartment building is quite untidy and dirty, but that’s how many areas are around Athens anyway.

The unit was perfect in size nice 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, good living area,nice view. Location was good across from beach, will be better when construction of the new area complete.

The unit had constant little ants. The fridge and freezer were not clean when we got there. The building its self needs work especially hall and stair wells. Not good first impression, even though it a common area not maintained by Menos.
