Perfect location, close to all the action, and the beach yet quiet. The studio had almost everything i needed. The bed was very comfortable. Fred was very helpful. I could check out early in the morning to catch my bus.
The studios are very small, though everything is there and you probably won't be inside that much. There was no WiFi. I wish there was some information about the apartment provided at check in, e.g. about how to use the various keys and where cleaning supplies are.

The area is great.
Very small studio. No door for bathroom/toilet. No freezer section in the fridge. Studio not properly cleaned at arrival. The nightly rate is very high compared to the standard of the studio.
