Very good location, private parking, good contact with the host, amazing view from the garden. The higher apartment with two bedrooms and a living room is just lovely! Perfect place to stay if you plan both to see Costa Smeralda and to enjoy morning coffee in a garden with a stunning view

The lower apartament needs air conditioning. It is true the lower apartment is not as beautiful as the higher apartament but it was not a problem for us at all as we spent most of our time outside

Nice, quiet location, large free parking Mountain view from the terrace for the upper apartment (ground floor) - really really nice view. San Pantaleo is perfectly located for visiting the beaches on Costa Esmeralda (15-20 minutes of driving)

The rooms in the basement - dark, wet and dump. Their windows go under the terrace, honestly I would not call this accommodation, it should be used for any other purposes. Regarding the rooms/apartment on the ground floor: There is a smell when you get into it, particularly in the kitchen. There we found the dish washing machine has not been cleaned - we found food remaining from the previous guests. One wc closet had issues, with leakage, two times. We called them and they came to fix it during the weekend, that's a plus. Only one bathroom has a shower. The mosquitos/flies net were non-existent or broken - a big minus, as you cannot stay for example in the living room during the evenings, with open windows for fresh air. With a bit of investment and attention to details, the ground floor apartment could be a star (9+). The basement should not be used for accommodation though . .
