This centrally air-conditioned, two-story townhouse is part of a small community in Santa Rosa Beach, and it sits just a quarter-mile stroll from a white sand beach on the Gulf of Mexico. You'll find a shower outside to rinse off any lingering sand, an access point to the 30A biking/walking path right across the street, and a collection of charming shops, cafes, and restaurants at Gulf Place Town Center a quarter-mile west.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Security camera details: One camera is installed in the doorbell. It does not record sound and runs 24 hours a day.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We love this place! We stayed twice in the last 5 weeks. It’s a very short walk to the Beautiful beach. The kids loved the pool. We used the grills for steaks. The townhome is nice and open. It’s perfect for our big family. We love the open kitchen with the big island. The view from the master bedroom is wonderful. It was great to come and go to the beach. You can walk to local places easily. It’s so relaxing. :)

We have stayed at this complex before, but were disappointed with the cleanliness of this condo. The decor was beautifully done. Cabinets look nasty, tub would not drain, sand in beds, sand under living furniture, leftover debris in sink and refrigerator, found a few live roaches, etc. Wish housekeeping would’ve done better. With high volume calls our issues barely got addressed before we left. The other units (per conversations with the other tenants) need some love as well; however, the proximity to the beach makes up for some of the other! Pecan Jacks has the best ice cream ever!
